Andrew Hull – May 15th 2012
Having just returned to Branston Hall for the third time in recent years, I was delighted to see that the standards of the Hotel have been maintained to the highest level in all aspects I encountered.
From the efficient way in which my booking was handled, the clean room with lovely views over the picturesque surroundings, the friendly and very hard working bar and restaurant staff, the quality of the restaurant food and finally the check out service where there were no little surprises on the final invoice. I could sum this up by saying “quiet efficiency”. The staff were on hand if needed at all times and very polite and friendly, even when at their busiest. If you want to have a relaxing visit or a function, give Branston Hall a try.

Ascot ‘Ladies Day’ Luncheon – 17 June 2010
Once again, it is my pleasure to write and express our appreciation to you and all your wonderful people who helped make the abovementioned function such a great success and as a result we were able to add just under £1200 to the Charity Fund.
The thanks which came our way from all our friends at the event on the day have been repeated frequently since by way of cards and ‘phone calls.
There are so many things that are excellent about Branston Hall, but there are some that need special mention. Principally Nicola, who, at our very first planning meeting, and later, displayed a charming professionalism which by the time we left had greatly reduced our ‘worry levels’ to the point where our task didn’t seem so daunting after all. I confess When we arrived on the day, we met up with Daniel DAY. I confess to being a ‘people watcher’ generally, and particularly in situations that existed in The Churchill Suite on that day. I don’t suppose I am the first, nor will I be the last person to comment on contribution to the many functions you have there. His pleasant demeanour and involvement in most of the many aspects of our event~ told us that we were in good hands. I do, and did lapse into the occasional panic which rightly prompted Daniel to tell me in the nicest possible way to · … calm down, all will be well! … ‘ I did and it was!
I must thank you too for a job well done. We have never before had the General Manager with us. You became unexpectedly involved in many things which were so very helpful to us on the day.
Your presence in the suite was reassuring to us, and helped ensure that the already efficient servers maintained their high standards. Good staff will always respond to good Management.
Finally, Pauline and I cannot imagine any other venue providing better organisation, facilities and service than we enjoy at Branston Hall, and there seems little doubt that we will be
enjoying more of the same about a year from now.
Again, ‘Thanks’ to you all!
Roy and Pauline Chandler
