Branston Hall Hotel has achieved a Three Star Rating under the new British Common Standard for Hotels.
“Silver Award – this award recognises high quality in all areas of the business, with very good levels of customer care.”
One feature of the new Standard is that the key areas of the business (housekeeping, service, bedrooms, bathrooms and food quality) must be of an equivalent quality to the overall rating awarded.
In order to achieve the rating the majority of these areas must meet or exceed the quality expected at a particular star level in order for the rating to be confirmed.
The report goes on to say that the Property continues to offer a very good overall standard of hotel accommodation and where the Management Team strives to deliver high levels of customer service and customer care.
Standards of cleanliness are high throughout the property. The quality of food and beverage service is of a very good standard with training routines well established and high levels of natural hospitality noted throughout. Menus and wine lists are well balanced. Food served is well prepared and of a high culinary standard.
